Refund policy
Eligibility:
- You may be eligible for a return if the product delivered is different from what you ordered or if it is damaged during delivery.
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- We carefully inspect each product before shipping and pack every item with multiple layers of protection to prevent any damages during delivery.
- However, in the unlikely event that your wall art arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or offer a full refund.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom or personalized wall art cannot be refunded.
How to Request a Refund:

Refund Process:
- Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Kindly note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will process your refund, and the amount will be credited to your account within 10-14 working days.
Cancellation Policy
- Since all our products are made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed, unless it is cancelled within the first 2 hours of placing your order.
