Each piece is carefully handled and crafted with precision, using only the finest premium wood. We do not use any cheap MDF in any of our products.
The quality of our products is our top priority, and we inspect every item before shipment to ensure it meets our high standards. If we are not satisfied with a product, we start the whole process again to ensure the quality remains consistent. This way, you can shop with complete confidence.
How to hang the product?
All our products come with pre-cut hanging holes, ensuring effortless installation on any hook.
However, to guarantee your artwork stays safely and securely in place, we recommend seeking professional assistance.
How to clean?
Along with your order, you'll receive a complete cleaning instruction guide, so you can maintain the product's quality and appearance with ease.
Orders & Payments
How soon will I receive my order?
All our products are made to order, and typically takes 3-4 days for us to craft and ship it. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.
Orders are typically delivered within 8-9 days from the date of purchase, but rest assured, we'll make sure it reaches to you as fast as we can.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we do offer custom orders tailored to your requirements. Please feel free to email or call us with your details and we'll be happy to assist you.
How do you process payments?
All payments are securely processed through Shopify's payment gateway. We accept all commonly used payment methods including: Credit or Debit Cards, and UPI.

What if the product I received is damaged?
We carefully inspect each product before shipping and pack every item with multiple layers of protection to prevent any damages during delivery.
However, in the unlikely event the product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging and refer to our Refund Policy for further assistance. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or offer a full refund.
